After World War II, it will be a Christian girls' junior and senior high school established in Kyoto.
It was founded in 1952 when Notre Dame Educational Nun was invited from the United States to the need for a girls' school that teaches universal values to Japan, which lost everything after losing the war. The founding spirit is "virtue and wisdom" based on the Christian spirit while responding to the needs of the times. Three courses based on the new 21st century view of education are in operation, and the global level educational goal of "acquisition of 21st century skills" is set. The orchestra club (commonly known as dam oke) has a tradition of more than 60 years, and more than 10% of all students belong to it. One of the characteristics of the school is that there are many internal admissions and designated school recommendations. The uniform has changed since 2016, but there are plenty of options and it seems to be well received by students.

It is a Protestant mission school that has been established for more than 135 years, and is one of the few international Baccalaureate accredited schools in the Kansai region.
Very religious and all teachers are baptized Christians. It is a prestigious school that has been established for 120 years in Kobe Kitano by the Anglican missionary organization in 1892 (Meiji 25).
We value the spirit of our founding, "like a daughter, like a sister," and the spirit of "open heart," and "open mind." We aim to create an environment where teachers and students can openly interact and learn like a family. Many families have studied at the school for three generations, and it is characterized by a culture with a love of school.
